United Kingdon
- Shipping is free for orders over £100 within The United Kingdom.
- We ship all UK Mainland orders through Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Service, or courier.
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of acceptance (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- As some of our items are made to order, the dispatch time for a particular order will depend on the production time for the particular items ordered
- Estimated production times are stated on the product page, where relevant.
- Orders will not be shipped until all the items purchased are ready for dispatch, except at out discretion.
- After dispatch, you will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands, this could be an extra day.
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched, and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
*Please note that in the event of Royal Mail Strikes/Non-working times and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times, and we cannot refund any orders that have already been despatched / ordered until they arrive with you. In case of a lost / wrongfully delivered parcel, we can only resend the order. Shipping Rates: azteque.co.uk has a variable shipping fee depending on the delivery destination and size of the order. Please add your desired items to the cart and indicate the delivery address to your basket to determine the exact shipping costs. The final shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout.

International Shipping

- Orders will not be shipped until all the items purchased are ready for dispatch, except at out discretion.
- Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
- Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the customer’s sole responsibility.
- Azteque cannot be held accountable for charges incurred while delivering your order / package.
- Delivery delays may occur if your package is selected for inspection by your country’s Customs Department or Agency.

International Shipping Process
- Once the order is dispatched all orders get collected by the couriers within 1 – 2 working days.
- After collection, the Courier Company go through the contents of the package and check if all the necessary measures according to the international dangerous goods shipping are met. This usually takes 1 – 2 Working Days.
- Once all the checks are complete, they provide us with the tracking number / airway bill number that we update on your orders for you to track your delivery progress.
Please accept our apologies if your order is slightly delayed, as we don’t have any control over the shipping process once it has left our warehouse, but we are always here to help or provide any support you need regarding your delivery.
